Catholic Formation Registration 2024-2025

 

Welcome to a new year of religious education at St. Mary's Visitation Parish!  

The family tuition rate for K5-10th grade students residing in the same household is as follows:

  • One student $195
  • Two students $305
  • Three students $420
  • Four or more students $500

First Reconciliation and First Eucharist (2nd graders)

  • There is an additional fee of $65 for 2nd graders receiving their First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. (This fee also applies for students attending St. Mary's Visitation School)

Confirmation (11th graders)

  • The fee for 11th graders in our Confirmation Program is $236.  This fee includes the retreat, speakers, Sacrament fees and Teen Discipleship classes.  No additional tuition is required for Confirmation candidates.

Payment

You may pay online here by credit/debit card or electronic check, which will complete your registration and confirm your child's enrollment.  You will receive an email receipt from GiveCentral confirming your registration and payment.  All fees are non-refundable.

Volunteers

If you would like to volunteer as a full-time catechist or group leader, you will receive a discount of $195 (one full student fee).  Please contact Chris Kinzy for more information, ckinzy@stmaryeg.org.

  • I hereby consent that any still or electronic image and/or audio recording, in which I or my child may appear, may be used by St. Mary's Visitation Parish and/or by The Archdiocese of Milwaukee.  I understand that these materials are being used for promotion of St. Mary's Visitation Parish's Catholic Formation program. The images and/or recordings may be used to support recruitment, evangelization and other communication efforts.  I release the staff and volunteers and I understand and agree that the use of my picture is not an invasion of privacy.  Neither I, nor anyone claiming to be speaking on my behalf, will later object to the Archdiocese's use of this/these photographs.
