Description

This is for your donation of the purchase and placement of one of our large 12 inch by 12 inch engraved pavers.  These bricks can be engraved with wording of your choice* (within our template) and placed in a specific featured area of the Memory Garden near our authentic Italian water fountain.

Please do not pay for a brick until you have contacted the parish office and verified availability and have submitted a brick order form.  Brick order forms are available from the parish office by calling 815-965-2761 or by sending an email to StAnthony-Rockford@RockfordDiocese.org.

Please note that a $1.00 processing charge has been added to the cost of the brick for payment by credit cards or ACH checking/savings accounts.
