The Progress: Catholic Ministry Appeal is an annual diocesan fundraising campaign that provides support and day-to-day operational funds for 15 diocesan ministries and charities that help those in need, inspire youth, minister to families and help spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Money raised through the Progress: Catholic Ministry Appeal represents 40% of all operating funds supporting the pastoral, spiritual, educational, and human service programs that benefit thousands of individuals throughout the ten counties of the Diocese of El Paso. The diocese also advances the work of every parish with direct financial assistance such as grants and support services.

Bishop Society of Faith

The Bishop’s Society of Faith recognizes outstanding donors to the Progress: Catholic Ministry Appeal. The Bishop’s Society of Faith is a community of stewards who take a leadership role in the work of the Church through the Progress: Catholic Ministry Appeal. Members will join a select group of donors who have demonstrated an exceptional vision for the Catholic Church in the Diocese of El Paso. Membership in the following societies is extended to donors contributing to the following gift ranges.

Leader Society: $10,000 and up
Benefactor Society: $5,000 to $9,999
Guardian Angel Society: $2,500 to $4,999
Disciple Society: $1,500 to $2,499
Minister Society: $1,000 to $1,499
Steward Society: $500 to $999
