Dear St. Joseph Catholic Academy family,
We write this message with a profound sense of gratitude to our alumni, parents, teachers, and staff who continue to forward the mission of educating our children in a Catholic school. Using the feedback from our recent planning study with various St. Joseph Catholic Academy stakeholders and in accordance with our strategic plan, we have launched the Faith To Grow Campaign. Our goal is to raise $5 million directed at sustaining, preserving, and developing St. Joseph Catholic Academy for generations to come.
Catholic education first began in the Kenosha community in 1858. For the last 70 years, families have invested in their children's future by choosing to send them to St. Joseph Catholic Academy. In 2022, the St. Joseph Catholic Academy Board of Directors initiated a full assessment of our school. We found what some of us always believed, our greatest strength is our community, our people, the generations of students and families, alumni and staff, that are the heart of St. Joseph Catholic Academy. Our biggest challenge is our aged infrastructure, particularly at our upper campus. This challenge is also an opportunity. While we firmly believe our school is truly made up of our people, we also believe our facilities need to be improved to better position St. Joseph Catholic Academy for future generations. The Faith To Grow Campaign will create a capital fund for both near term and long-term infrastructure needs.
Our vision for St. Joseph Catholic Academy is to be the premier provider of collegiate preparatory education rooted in traditional Catholic values. Your contribution to this capital initiative is an investment toward that vision. With gratitude for your past generosity and support, we ask you to prayerfully consider making a gift to the Faith To Grow Campaign.
Gratefully,
Matthew Rizzo; President, St. Joseph Catholic Academy
Thomas Hamm; Chair, SJCA Board of Directors
