Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Radical generosity was the initiators’ goal, and it has sparked the desire to give in people’s hearts around the globe.
Giving Tuesday is December 3. We ask that you please contribute to our church’s many needs in a larger capacity as a one-time giving option. We need your most generous gift to continue funding our ministry work:
To maximize the value of your gifts, generous parishioners have promised to match all gifts up to $25,000. Every dollar you give will be doubled to meet our goal of $50,000.
We always work to be good stewards of your donations, and in the current economic times when everything seems to cost more, it becomes more and more difficult to stretch your gifts. This funding will help ensure the continued growth and success of our parish.
You don't have to wait until December 3 to give.
You may also put a check marked "Giving Tuesday" in the collections at Mass or mail it to the office. We accept donated stocks or (if over 70 1/2) a gift from your IRA.
We are so very grateful for you and your support of our St. Michael Parish.
