Faith Formation for 2023-2024

Welcome to an all-new year of religious education for our next generation! We are happy to offer you an online registration and payment experience that is convenient, secure, and safe for everyone.

Tuition & Fees

Family tuition rate for children residing in the same household:

  • One student: $55 per year
  • Two students: $85 per year
  • Three or more students: $100 per year

Online option to pay in full, or up to three monthly installments.

You will have the option to make full payment at the time of registration, or divide your tuition equally across two or three months. The first payment is due upon registration and the remaining monthly payments will be paid automatically from the same account. You may pay by credit/debit card or electronic check. You will receive an email receipt from GiveCentral confirming your registration and payment. If you have any questions or need assistance please contact the program director.

Sacrament fees (can be paid today, or we we bill you at a later date)

  • First Communion: $30 per student
  • Confirmation: $30 per student

If your child is new to our program we require a copy of both their birth and baptismal certificates; file types of PDF, JPG or PNG are allowed for upload. You can also email your certificates to us at the address below.

For health and safety reasons, we strongly discourage the use of paper registration and payment. If you have no alternative, please contact our program director below for more information. Every year at the moment of the registration an interview is required. Please contact the Faith Formation Director and make your appointment.

Please review your student information and tuition/fees selections for completeness and accuracy, then proceed with your payment. A summary receipt itemizing today's payment will be presented for your approval before the final submission. You'll also receive an email receipt confirming payment.

  • We agree to participate actively in the Religious Education Formation Program at Our Lady of The Presentation-Mercy Parish and in do our best to accompany the new Blended Model of religious education encorge from the dioceses of Brooklyn, that we are ready to emplemented  (In person classes and online classes). We also agree that our children would fulfill the religious education requirements of the Parish’s Program, and that we will assume our parental obligation to participate in the parental meetings each year and support the activities of the Faith Formation Program.
